Yes, there are certain paints that allow painting down to 35 or 40 degrees, but one takes a greater chance that the paint will fail and flake off. Extreme high or low temperatures can cause paint to bubble, chip and even flake or peel.
Even though exterior painting can take place in the summer, fall and even some weeks in winter here in Texas, Spring is a really great time to get exterior painting done.
